Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Martyn 5.0Had a great time. Van was spacious and had everything we needed, extra chairs, table, awning mat, etc. It is a big van but towed well behind our vehicle. James gave us a thorough and excellent hand-over, gave us all the details we needed. It is the first time we have towed a larger van, rear view camera was very useful when travelling and reversing into sites. Would recommend to others.
