Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

I am from Brisbane but have been living in Tugun on the Gold Coast for the past 3 years. I love getting out in the van and being amongst nature, surfing, hiking, snowboarding and fishing.
