Located in CANBERRA, this large 23 foot caravan is very comfortable and spacious, featuring traditional timber lined interior, a Queen Bed in a bedroom that can be closed off with a concertina door for privacy, separate shower and toilet cubicles and an L-shaped sofa in the rear of the caravan. It is fully equiped and ideally suited for a couple looking for holiday or temporary accommodation in the Canberra region, South Coast or Southern NSW. Delivery and setup charges to Batemans Bay and nearby region regions is $400 with other more distant locations agreed when booking. The van is not suitable for more than two adults, although small children may be accommodated on the couch if acceptable to parents. It includes TV, R/C Air Con, full kitchen, microwave oven, air fryer, separate toilet and shower cubicles and much, much more. PLEASE NOTE: Renters are NOT allowed to tow this caravan themselves, due to its size and complexity to setup. The Owner will deliver the caravan to your site, fully set it up and explain its features to you, and collect it at the end of the hire period.

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking in Caravan. Delivery and Setup Fees by negotiation depending on length of hire and distance from Base. NSW South Coast bookings incur a minimum $400.00 delivery charge. Hirer must empty toilet cartridge at end of rental and must leave caravan in a clean and tidy condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee ($200.00) and toilet emptying fee ($50.00) may be charged on return. Pets are permitted but an additional Pet cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    2nd time hiring this great caravan and everything was fantastic again! Great communication and smooth dropoff and pickup. Caravan has lots of lovely little extras, everything functions perfectly, and it has an excellent layout. We were able to sleep our 9 year old quite comfortably on the lounge area as well.

    Roger & Jennifer delivered the van to the Canberra Showgrounds for me & set it up, including making the bed!!!! They were the lovliest people & the van was clean, as well as having the most comfortable bed & couch! I would definately hire from them again :)

    Had a lovely stay in Jennifer's van. Great design, very comfortable. Air conditioning appreciated on a few very hot days. Well equipped. It was great that I could have my small dog with me. I greatly appreciated the champagne glasses that were bought for my stay when I mentioned it before my stay. Thank you!

    Fantastic caravan and amazing service by Roger! So great to have it all set up and explained for us. Van is in excellent condition, nice and spacious and comfortable and equiped with absolutely everything you could ever need!
