  • Pets welcome!
  • Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • The van must be returned cleaned, toilet cassette emptied and cleaned, rubbish removed from van with empty fridge. If not returned clean a min. $300.00 cleaning fee will be incurred.
  • No smoking inside or around van. Evidence of smoking will incur an extra cleaning fee
  • Your standard pickup / dropoff times are either 08:00 or 16:00 unless otherwise advised The pick up day is considered the first day of hire
  • Minimum towing experience is 1 year
  • Minimum tow vehicle requirements is large suv or 4 x 4. Greater than 3 tonne towing capacity
  • Minimum licence requirements is Open Full Australian Car Licence
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
