Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the van
  • Pets allowed with prior approval
  • Offroad and unsealed roads allowed with prior approval
  • Awning must be put away before bad weather/excessive winds start
  • Van must be returned in a clean condition, including toilet and grey water tank drained. Additional fees apply if not cleaned/drained upon return
  • Water tanks can be provided full upon request (usually provided half full to reduce towing weight)
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
