Special towing information
This camper is lightweight and easy to tow, making it suitable for small SUVs and larger vehicles. It’s fitted with mechanical override brakes, so no electric brake controller is required. We provide towing mirrors and plug converters, so you’ll have everything you need to safely hook up to your vehicle. Please make sure your vehicle is rated to tow the van and that you’re comfortable towing and reversing. I’m happy to run through setup, hitching, and towing tips on pickup to make it easy

Hiring rules
- To lock in your booking, just make sure the deposit is paid within 48 hours.
- We ask that you return the van clean and tidy to avoid any extra cleaning fees.
- If anything gets damaged during your trip, please let us know straight away by calling 0420 787 598.
- In case of an accident or emergency, move somewhere safe off the road and contact Camplify on 1300 416 133.
- Need roadside help? Call 1300 416 133 and select Option 4.
- For insurance purposes, the driver needs to be 25 years or older.
- To keep things fresh and safe for everyone, smoking and cooking inside the van aren’t allowed.
- We don’t allow offroad or beach driving, but unsealed roads can be okay if you check with us first and get approval via Camplify messages before your trip.
- It’s a good idea to have a quick read through the insurance details so you know what’s covered.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
