Hiring rules
- Please treat the van with care and respect
- No moving or repositioning the caravan
- Any damage must be reported immediately
- Van must be left in a tidy condition
- Dishes cleaned and rubbish removed
- Excess cleaning may incur a fee
- No smoking or vaping inside the van
- No pets
- No climbing on or tampering with the van or equipment
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
