Hiring rules

  • A few house rules:
  • Drive safely and enjoy the trip 😊
  • Pick up and drop off is from Sutherland, NSW. Secure underground parking is available if you want to leave your car. Otherwise, we are a 3min walk from the train station.
  • Up to 200kms per day included in hire fee, additional km charged at 60c per km
  • No smoking in the vehicle
  • No Offroad / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
  • No large items such as Bicycles or furniture to be transported inside the van
  • The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • Unfortunately, pets aren't permitted in the van
  • The van must be returned in a similar state of cleanliness to when it was picked up. All cutlery, crockery and cooking tools must be cleaned before the return of the van. A cleaning fee of $200.00 may be charged otherwise.
  • The van must be filled with unleaded petrol before drop off – if not, a charge of $50.00 will apply, plus the refil costs. Do not use E10
  • Tolls are to be calculated on the return of the van and deducted from the bond (or you can use your etag).
  • If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
