  • Hiring Rules
  • ⛽ The vehicle will be provided fully fueled and must be returned with the same fuel level. Failure to do so will incur a refuelling charge.
  • 🚭 Smoking inside the vehicle or tent is strictly prohibited.
  • 🐶 Pets are welcome – please keep them clean and remove any pet hair or mess before return.
  • 🛣️ Only gazetted (sealed or formed) roads are permitted. A maximum of 10 km of dirt/gravel road access to a recognised campground is allowed.
  • 🌲 Limited OffRoad / Unsealed Road Use (subject to prior approval):
  • Bessy has Symmetrical AllWheel Drive (AWD), so she's wellsuited for light gravel and forest road adventures! We love hirers who want to explore a bit further 🏞️.
  • Limited use on wellmaintained unsealed/gravel roads is allowed with our written approval and by selecting the OffRoad AER package.
  • Driving on beaches, soft sand, sandy terrain, or any dedicated/muddy 4WD tracks is strictly prohibited.
  • The rooftop tent must remain fully packed and secured at all times when driving.
  • You must discuss your planned route with us in advance and get written approval.
  • We'll complete Camplify's official OffRoad Checklist together at handover.
  • Stone chips and normal gravel wear & tear are not covered by insurance. Any underbody, suspension or drivetrain damage is at the hirer's risk.
  • 🧼 The vehicle and tent must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. A $200.00 cleaning fee will apply if it's not returned in a reasonably clean condition. An excessive cleaning fee of $400.00 will apply if heavily soiled or with lots of pet hair/mess.
  • 👤 The hirer (and any additional drivers) must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid full Australian driver's licence.
  • 🎉 No festivals or music events without prior owner approval.
  • ⛺ The rooftop tent and awning must be fully packed away and secured before driving.
  • ⚠️ Any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents must be reported to the owner immediately.
  • 📋 The hirer is responsible for any tolls, fines, or parking tickets incurred during the hire period.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
