Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    From the outset the experience through the owner/operators (Henk &Nadine) was a breath of fresh air. We have rented many campervans across several countries but this was the best by a mile. The communication, the quality and cleanliness, the desire to go over and above was exceptional and unmatched by any other campervan experience. The van was so extremely well equipped with well thought out and the best quality and spotlessly clean gear imaginable. Do yourself a favour and rent from these people.
