  I was very very disappointed with this van for several reasons. The pictures on the advertisement where very old pictures which made the van look very neat and newish. In fact it was very run down with a LOT of repairs needed. States she can't get the parts. When I went to pack it after this disappointment I then found that I had to clean it first as there was mould in theTV fridge and filth in the cupboards including dead cockroaches. Was told there was chairs provided but they were broken and so where the tables they provided. I had to go and purchase chairs an added expense as I had chairs at home I could have taken. Lucky for me I went away with others so they had extra as I did not want to use any of the plates, cutlery or anything in the van that they provided due to the draws being filthy. When this was mentioned on return the owner appeared to not really care apologised and then tried to blame me for the chairs. Things are obviously not checked prior to hire. I was a first timer and was only shown how things worked in the cab of the van so when away did not know how to remove the table and 3 of us tried. And the gas cooker would not start was told it was probably my fault and not doing it correctly. Would have been nice to have been shown these things prior but was only sent YouTube videos on how to use it so she get away quicker. These vidios were of vans much newer and even after following the YouTube we had troubles, the table was completely different to those in the video. Was told it had just been serviced and the flashing lights on the dash were due to the mechanic not being able to clear them then on return was informed that it was going in for a service prior to the next rent. I asked for some compensation but owner is now not responding. All up would NOT recommend this van. Would have provided pictures but couldn't work out how to include them.

  It was our very first journey in a motorhome. We absolutely loved the it. It has everything that you may need for your holiday. Drives nice and has plenty of power to keep up to speeds on freeway. The beds are comfy. Cabin is quite and blocks much outside noise. It has enough storage to keep your travel stuff out of the way. Van is great on fuel for the size and weight it carries. It has comfortably taken us from Brisbane to Airlie and back. We will definitely book it again in future. Highly recommended

  This van has everything you need for a trip away. Value is definitely the word I would use to describe it. Its not the newest van out there but it does everything you nee it to and is comfortable. We cooked in the van, and used the bathroom minimally but did not use the shower. (Our choice for maintenance reasons). Drives like a dream, and once you figure out how to turn it off and on your laughing. Unfortunately Nicole was crook as on the day we picked up and being our first time in an RV we werent sure what to ask but after watching a youtube we figured it all out and were able to navigate on our own. Nicole is super cruisey and I would recommend booking with her.
