A couple of quick things to help make your trip as smooth as possible 😊 The van is lightweight and beginner-friendly to tow, but please make sure your vehicle is suitable and you’re comfortable towing before pickup. I’ll happily run through everything with you on handover so you feel confident before heading off. Pickup and return times will be confirmed prior to your trip, and I do my best to be flexible where possible. Please return the van in a clean and tidy condition, with all items packed away as found. Hiring rules

  • Please NO SMOKING in caravan.
  • No off road or beach driving.
  • Dog's can use the van as they please. Just not as a toilet.
  • Cleaning Please ensure van is returned in a reasonably similar condition as when it was when picked up. ( We don't expect it to be spotless) No rubbish etc. Excess cleaning will incur a charged otherwise..
  • All items used during your hire must be cleaned prior to return.
  • Fridge and freezer must be emptied prior to return.
  • Lower or retract awning during severe weather and strong winds. Awnings can be damaged easily if left up without annexe attached.
  • Please leave all used linen (towels/ sheets/ dish cloth's and tea towels) in a pile on the floor.
  • Please look after our family caravan and return it clean and damage free also have fun and enjoy your time away!
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Im a mum of two who has loved taking our van on family adventures over the years. Its been such a special part of our lives, but now that the kids have grown, its starting to feel a little small for us. Im pretty laid-back and not precious about the van as long as its treated with respect, and Im more than happy for pets to come along for the ride too. Ive spent a lot of time making it feel like a little home away from home, and Id love for another family to create the same happy memories and smiles in it that we have.
