  • • Minimum driver age: 21 years
  • • Full, valid driver’s licence required
  • • Hirer must be confident towing a 16ft caravan
  • Pickup & Return ⏰
  • • Pickup and dropoff times to be agreed at booking
  • • Please return the van clean and in the same condition
  • • Late returns may incur additional charges
  • Cleaning Expectations 🧽
  • • Please remove all rubbish
  • • Wash and pack away dishes
  • • Leave the van neat and tidy
  • • Excessive cleaning may incur a fee
  • Pet Policy 🐾
  • • Pet friendly (approval required)
  • • Please don’t leave pets unattended inside the van
  • • Any pet damage or excessive hair cleaning will be charged

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
