Camp or “glamp” in comfort.
Our van is set up with all that you need for your holiday.
• Each bed has fans, lights & USB ports.
• Adult sized bunk beds - 1.9 metre lengths.
• Queen sized bed with ample above and under bed storage.
• Ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity & toilet (toilet for urine business only please).
• Bbq, Airfryer, Toaster, Kettle, Sandwich Press, pots & pans for easy cooking
• Kitchen offers a stove cooktop & gas oven.
• Block out blinds & room divider to block off the “kids wing”.
• Comfortable outdoor furniture, we will include two adult camping recline chairs & 3 stationary camping chairs.
The van can be set up on either of our properties (also listed on Airbnb) or we can set it up at a caravan site in Dubbo (site booking to be made at your own costs).

Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping inside caravan
- Water restrictions may apply
- Follow fire ban rules with the state government. Ensure gas appliances are turned off after every use.
- Only toilet paper to be flushed into the toilet
- Urine only in cassette toilet, use site or shed toilet for other business.
- Tow permitted for up to 350km
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
