Hiring rules
- Tow vehicle requirements: Must have electric brake controller and minimum 2,800kg towing capacity
- Minimum age to hire: 25+
- No smoking in the van
- No pets
- No offroad use – sealed roads only
- Return clean and tidy – please remove all rubbish
- Toilet cassette must be emptied before return (fee may apply if returned full)
- Damage or loss of items may incur a fee
- Use awning with care – do not leave extended in wind or unattended
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
