🔵 DELIVERY & SET-UP OPTION 🔵 ✨ We offer delivery up to 200kms from Highfields 4352. Each delivery will be based on Google maps fastest route to your site at a Km charge of $2.50 per km. ✨ A $150.00 setup fee will be added which includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers. If you require the van set up further than 200km, please reach out for a quote. ✨ For any bookings that require delivery to the local Toowoomba area, there will only be a $150.00 setup fee. We will not charge a per km fee for Toowoomba area. (at our discretion) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🟣 TOWING OPTION 🟣 • Your vehicle will need a minimum of 3,000 kg towing capacity. (Most 4x4s will cover this but just confirm with your vehicle) (3.5T towing preferred) Goldie's weights ⚖️ • Tare: 2,573kg - (van empty of all water, gas, luggage etc) • ATM: 3,223kg - (maximum weight of gear + van tare weight) • Payload 650kg - (you are allowed 650kg of luggage, water, food etc) • Ball weight: 126kg (at tare weight) ATM = The ATM refers to the maximum permissible weight of the caravan when fully loaded. This includes the Tare Mass plus all payloads such as luggage, food, fluids, and other essentials. It’s critical not to exceed this weight, as it ensures the caravan’s structure and components remain safe under load. Ball Weight = Tow Ball Weight is the downward force exerted by the caravan onto the hitch of the towing vehicle. (please check the allowed ball weight of your tow ball/hitch) We also have an adjustable ‘Mister Hitches’ adjustable ball mount with 24 positions to get the level of the van just right. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 🧺 LINEN OPTION (+ $100.00 fee per booking) ✨ This will include bunk beds made, luxury high quality fitted sheets with top sheets, doonas, floor mats, towels, hand towels, all beds fitted with mattress protectors and a pillow for each person. Please note - no bedding, sheets or towels provided without this option selected. Hiring rules

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
• Valid photo ID required at collection
• Strictly no smoking inside the caravan or under the awning, evidence of smoking will result in a professional cleaning fee
• Caravan must be returned in a clean and tidy condition
• Cleaning Fees (if not met) up to $300.00 additional fee
• Excess dirt, red dust or mud: up to $500.00 additional fee
• Toilet bowl, seat and cassette must be emptied and cleaned prior to return, failure to do so will incur a $300.00 toilet cleaning fee
• Grey water tank must be emptied before return, failure to do so will incur a $100.00 fee
• Small pets considered – must be preapproved
• Pets must not be left unattended inside the caravan
• No pet hair or odour to remain inside the van, failure to comply will incur a $250.00 cleaning fee
• Awning must be packed away during bad weather or windy weather
• No fires or BBQ’s under the awning
• Damage caused by incorrect awning use will be charged to the hirer
• No beach driving permitted
• Offroad use must be preapproved
• Short distances on unsealed roads to access campsites may be permitted, please inform us at booking, an additional underbody cleaning fee may apply if mud or dirt is present
• Any damage, misuse, or breach of these rules may result in repair, cleaning, or replacement costs
• These fees are in place to keep Goldie safe, clean, and enjoyable for every family
