The van is to be picked up and returned to Ascot, Brisbane, 4007, QLD. FREE 200 ks per day then 50 cents per k over (calculated over total days hired)

Hiring rules

• No smoking in the van
• No festivals
• Van to be returned clean inside and out, including porta potti emptied and sink water waste tank emptied.
• Sheets and linen to be stripped and left on floor of van when returned
• Van to be returned with full tank of petrol
• Parking and speeding fines to be paid by the hirer
• Any lost or damaged items within the van will be paid for by the hirer
• Any damge to fittings within and on van will be paid for by the hirer
• No smoking inside the van
• Offroad driving is strictly prohibited
• Mandatory to watch the instructional vimeo link below to ensure safe operation and handling on van and fit out.

• Failure to do so will result in a $110.00 cleaning fee per hour
• Tolls to be paid within 3 days to the toll provider otherwise tolls are charged at the end of the booking
• Issues regarding the fridge and battery are not refundable
• Pickup & Dropoff is at the Ascot address. The vehicle must be returned to the same location it was picked up from.
• Pickup and dropoff times are flexible and contactless pick up is an option – please discuss your preferred times in advance
• Hires must be extended if continuing into the next calendar day. If not extended, the vehicle may be disabled and towed back at the hirer's expense.
• Towing fees or a $110.00 per hour retrieval fee will apply.
• Fuel & Cleanliness
• The van must be returned with a full tank of fuel
• Please return the van clean inside and out
• If not returned clean, a $110.00 per hour cleaning fee will apply
• If the "Clean Van" option was selected, the cleaning fee does not apply
• A $50.00 refuelling fee plus fuel cost will apply if the vehicle is not returned full
• Kilometre Allowance
• 200 km per day allowance applies, calculated over the total length of the trip
• Example: A 5 day booking allows 1,000 km total
• Extra kilometres will be charged at $0.50 per km
• Driver Requirements
• The primary renter and all additional drivers must present a valid, unrestricted driver's license at pickup
• If using a nonEnglish license, you must also provide an accredited English translation or an International Driving Permit, and a valid passport
• Drivers who do not meet these requirements are not covered by insurance
• Vehicle Technology & Roadside Assistance
• If keys are lost hirer will pay to have the car either towed to the drop off address (at Ascot)or the keys replaced within the hire period or hire period extended for the length it takes for the keys to be replaced.
• The van will need to be towed to an area with reception at your own cost to restore access
• In the event of a breakdown, flat tyre, or mechanical issue, call Campify Roadside Assistance
• Do not attempt to fix the vehicle yourself. You are not covered by insurance for self repairs
• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
