Hiring rules
- PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING **
- No smoking allowed inside van or otherwise if evidence is seen a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged
- No offroad use
- Unsealed roads to be notified prior to hire and agreed upon by the owners of the van
- Van must be returned clean and how the van was hired or otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged
- No large hard objects like eskys or bikes to be transported inside the caravan
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- We ask that you report ALL damages no matter how small
- Pets upon negotiation with owner
- You must allocate time prior to hire for a full run down of setting up the van, if time allows this can be done prior to leaving or in the event time doesn’t permit we can organise this up to a week prior.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We recently hired a caravan for 3 days for a wedding, that was set up before we arrived and picked up after we left and the whole experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The van was immaculate, incredibly modern, and packed with heaps of thoughtful extras that made our trip so comfortable and easy. We were also welcomed with a lovely little welcome/thank you gift, which was such a personal touch and really set the tone for the experience. Communication throughout was fabulous - direct, friendly, personal, and genuinely caring. Aaron and Kiya went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations. The quality of service they provide is honestly five-star. We chose the option to bring our own linen and clean the van before returning it, and it was easy as. You can really tell they care deeply about their vans and want people to have seamless experiences to make their memories unforgettable. Please, if you hire, look after their vans so they can continue offering this fantastic and cost-effective family business. True blue Aussies with big hearts. We honestly cant rate CQ Caravan and Rentals highly enough. Do yourself a favour and hire from them you wont be disappointed! We will certainly be hiring again!

Absolutely everything you could possibly need was packed and ready to go. Both handovers were so good we didn't want to leave. Thanks to Kiya and the team, great job.
