Make your next getaway effortless with our beautifully maintained triple bunk 21-foot Family Caravan, designed for comfort, convenience, and an stress-free holiday. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting extra space, this caravan is fully equipped so all you need to do is pack your bags and settle in.
There is a bunk mesh available for babies/toddlers which can be closed and zipped for security.
Each bunk bed has a van inside if needed.
The TV can be moved from inside to the outside of the van.
All linen and towels are included at no extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE:
DELIVERY / SET-UP
We offer deliveries up to 75km.
The charge for this service is $3 per Km each way. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. I.e. If the delivery destination is 50kms then the charge would be $300.
We will then set up the van for you to arrive and enjoy
This is including all hose and power connections, levelled and stabilised and awning set up ready for you.
This will be discussed with you at the time of the booking enquiry.
Minimum delivery charge is $120 (20Kms and under)
If delivery or collection is to occur on a Public Holiday a $50 surcharge will apply on top of the delivery costs.
*Note although we do the trip 4 times we only charge for there and back with the van attached.

We are offering a full set up and you can add on an awning for extra space/room. We can also offer Starlink for a small extra fee. Please feel free to contact us for any questions :)

- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jake 5.0Our fam loved this van! It was so comfortable and had all the little extras that makes for a great holiday for fam. Jess even gave us some toys for the kids and had a few cold beers in the fridge. Above and beyond! Big thanks and will definitely hire again.

I am originally from Germany living and travelling this beautiful country now for over 13 years and am lucky to call it home!
I am a busy mum of three little ones and we just finished travelling a year around Oz in our Van.
We dont just like travel, we live it and we love to share a bit of our experience with other like minded humans who love the camping culture as much as we do hence we thought wed love to share our second home with others :)
