'Blu' the Rio Just Caravans Clubhouse, 21 foot caravan (internal) is suitable for all caravan parks. Overall length is 8.5m from tow hitch to rear spare tyre. When booking a caravan park site, quote the total length to ensure enough space. Please read the hiring rules section regarding delivery cost and end of hire cleaning fee. The all inclusive hire fee includes bedding, towels and BBQ. Sleeping 5, it's perfect for families and friends. Comfortable sleeping with Queen bed up front and 3 bunks at the back. The three bunks all have night lights, fans, power points and USB ports. Fully equipped kitchen – Gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, and plenty of storage. Full sized ensuite, separate shower and toilet. All weather ready – reverse cycle air conditioner/heater for every season. Family friendly design – Plenty of room for everyone. Blu the Rio is equipped with the following. Separate internal toilet and shower. External hot/cold shower, perfect for washing down after the beach. Smart TV. 182 litres Thetford 3 way fridge/freezer. Stove with 3 x Gas burner hotplates, 1 x electric hotplate, griller and oven. Microwave. Caravan compliant BBQ with bayonet fitting. Kettle. Toaster. Coffee Plunger. Tea towels. Key lock safe. Cleaning basics. All crockery and cooking utensils. 12 v Sirocco fans, USB ports and power in each bunk and Queen bed. Hiring rules

For delivery and collection distances 35km or less from Carrara, a single fee of $100.00 covering both drop off, set up and pick up applies, in lieu of the $1.50 per km fee.
If the caravan is being requested for a music festival such as CMC Rocks or similar where site delivery and pick up may take several hours an additional fee will apply, to be negotiated before the booking is accepted.
NO smoking, vaping or ecigarettes inside the caravan or under the awning.
NO storage inside the caravan or charging of ebikes or lithium batteries inside the caravan or under the awning.
Use only the BBQ supplied with the caravan gas bayonet fitting.
BBQ to be cleaned after each use including emptying the grease tray.
If you wish, you can bring your own free standing gas BBQ with your gas bottle.
Please advise of any breakages during the hire so that replacements can be sourced.
Any missing bedding or supplied items apart from pantry consumables will be incur the replacement cost via Camplify.
3.3 kg washing machine is available to use as per the manual instructions.
The manuals for equipment and FAQs are in the compendium located above the kitchen in the left hand cupboard.
The caravan goes through a detailed clean after each hire, it is expected that the van is kept clean throughout the hire.
Cleaning equipment is supplied.
Toilet must be emptied and rinsed out at end of hire. If not an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 applies.
Please lower the awning if the van is unattended, in windy conditions or if bad weather is expected to prevent damage.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Service fee: $125.00
Delivery fee: Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Absolutely perfect. The van was immaculate and everything was thought of. Brilliant air con, comfortable beds and lots of thoughtful touches. Les is lovely and super easy to deal with. Cant wait to hire Blu again, we had an awesome holiday.
