Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Chare (Kari) 4.8Van drove well and was easy to manoeuvre. Unfortunately they forgot the camp chairs which was a tad annoying and bed needs a mattress topper as it was extremely hard. A cheat sheet would be helpful just to reminder of all the info in the hand over but someone with a little more experience would probably be fine.

Grant 5.0Our trip away in the Jayco Conquest motorhome was fantastic. Kelly was so great to deal with from the start and made the whole transaction so easy. This was our first trip in a motorhome and the handover went extremely smoothly and we felt like everything was explained so well. Kelly also went out of her to help us when we were stuck in traffic coming home and were running late. Very much appreciated and helped to alleviate our worry. Thank you! We have no hesitation in recommending Open Road Motorhomes to others and hope to hire from them again for our next trip away. Absolutely 5 stars from us!!
