  • 2. No driving on unsealed roads unless prior approval.
  • 3. Any damages to be reported immediately.

  • Caravan Returns Policy:
  • Before you roll out, help us keep the good times rolling for the next crew. A few quick return steps and we’re all set for another smooth handover. Easy done.
  • 1. Toilet Cleaning: The toilet must be emptied and cleaned before returning the caravan.
  • 2. Cleanliness: The caravan must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as it was provided to you.
  • • If these requirements are not met, the following cleaning fees will apply:
  • • Toilet Cleaning: $200.00
  • • Internal Cleaning: $150.00
  • • External Cleaning: $100.00

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
