Hiring rules
- No smoking inside van or in annex area
- Awning must be secured properly at all times when in use. Awning must be bought in every night and in windy conditions
- Damage: If damage happens, you must report it immediately
- Cleaning: Please return the van how you found it inside and out. Excessive cleaning on my part will incur a charge
- Unsealed Roads: Not an issue but must be preapproved prior to trip
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Leonie 5.0Hayley was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our caravan hire experience. Although our holiday didnt go to plan initially due to our ute breaking down, she was very accommodating and allowed us to rearrange our dates without any hassle. When we finally got away, we had an amazing trip. The caravan was spotless and came fully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
