Our well-loved caravan is thoughtfully set up for relaxed, family-friendly camping and longer stays. You’ll enjoy: Air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort A fully equipped ensuite with a generous shower that can convert to a small bath — perfect for younger children Plenty of storage throughout A full-size fridge/freezer, microwave and oven A comfortable lounge with a rotating table for meals or relaxing To take the stress (and expense) out of packing, we also provide a wide range of essential items — from everyday kitchen basics like salt, oil, glad wrap, baking paper and cleaning supplies, to games, linen options, outdoor furniture and practical camping extras. This means you don’t need to purchase lots of “one-off” items just for your trip. A detailed inventory list will be sent through once your booking is confirmed . For extended stays, a full-size awning and annexe are available as an optional extra (additional fee applies). Please note this requires significant additional setup — full details are listed under Optional Extras. Additional information

We will provide outdoor folding camp table, annexe/awning mats, camp chairs (2 adult, 2 child). If you require additional items, please look at the optional extras and/or message us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking is permitted inside the caravan or within 15 metres of the van at any time.
  • Pets may be permitted by prior approval, at the discretion of the owners.
  • Approved pets are not permitted on beds or lounge areas.
  • Please ensure the toilet is emptied regularly during your stay and must be emptied prior to returning the caravan at the end of your hire period.
  • If anything is damaged, breaks, or is not working correctly, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and keep the caravan in the best possible condition.
  • Thank you for helping us care for our van so it can be enjoyed by future guests.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van was excellent. Communication was good. Chris set the van up and explained how to use it and we had no issues. Would recommend the van to anyone. We had a really good holiday.

    Such a pleasure to hire this van. It was clean and tidy throughout with all the little extras often forgotten about like bandaids and board games. I would recommend highly and made my holiday a very enjoyable one
