Delivery & Setup We offer delivery only—no towing required. We take care of delivery, full setup, and collection for you. A relocation fee of $2.50 per km applies from Panmure. Hiring rules

  • Booking & Hire Terms:
  • • A minimum 5day hire applies during peak periods (including Easter and Christmas).
  • • The caravan will be delivered and fully set up at your chosen powered site.
  • • Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own powered site. Once confirmed, please provide us with your booking details and we will arrange delivery and setup.
  • • The toilet cassette must be emptied regularly during your stay and returned empty at the end of your hire.
  • • Strictly no smoking in or around the caravan.
  • • No pets allowed.
  • • The caravan must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
  • • Cancellation Policy:
  • A strict cancellation policy applies. Bookings are nonrefundable if cancelled within 14 days of the hire date. Cancellations made prior to this period may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great van, fantastic kitchen set-up, had everything we needed and it was all good quality and nicely done with an eye for detail. Thoroughly recommend.     Jacintas van had everything our family needed. The instruction booklet was helpful, and her walk through handover gave us a few good tips too. We loved the van and hope to hire it when in the area again in the future.

    We had the most memorable stay in Jacinta and Matts caravan. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for our little family. Everything was thoughtfully set up, making our stay so easy and stress free. It was such a lovely touch to arrive and find all the basic essentials provided.
