Hiring rules

• LONGER RENTALS = LOWER DAY RATES (PLEASE REQUEST INFO)
• 1. No Smoking inside the vehicle
• 2. Standard pickup 4pm / Drop Off 10:30am (request for later / earlier please ask directly)
• 3. Vehicle is to be returned with all amenities and bedding or the hirer will be charged
• 4. No offroad / Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip
• 5. 200k per day distance allowance included in the hire / averaged over the trip. E.g 3 days = 600ks and the 600ks can be driven over any time period in the trip. Additional Ks are charged at 50c per Km.
• 6. If there is evidence of any offroad use without approval in Camplify messages then an additional offroad cleaning fee of $300.00 will be applied to clean the undercarriage of the vehicle.
• 7. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of Petrol
• 8. Road tolls must be paid within 7 days of hire.
• 10. If you receive a fine during your hire and we are notified after your hire is completed, you must take full responsibility to pay for the fine/infringement notice as soon as possible as we will not be held accountable for paying the hirer's fines, period.
• 11. You agree and accept that you will only access the rooftop tent at your own risk
• 12. The Hirer is in charge of cleaning the inside of the vehicle before returning the vehicle unless they have paid for the cleaning fee of $99.00. If the van has not been cleaned upon return, we will charge an additional $99.00 cleaning fee.
• 13. If the hirer does not return the vehicle by the latest and arranged time of, 4:30pm on the day of organised return, the hirer will be automatically charged another day and this charge will continue until the van is returned unless of unforeseen circumstances (break down).
• 14. The hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
• 15. If the hirer would like to extend the hire, they must communicate and organise with Camplify after the extended period has been confirmed with us within the Camplify messages.
• EMERGENCY
• 1. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.

  Amazing! Nico sent extremely informative videos beforehand, explain how to use everything in the van. It was as expected, but if there were issues, he was easily contactable, replied quickly, and checked in with us throughout the trip. The van was as expected, we had such a lovely time. I would recommend!

  First experience traveling in a van and I was glad it happened with Nico. He is so present and helpful before and during the hire. He indeed even asked me several times during the trip if everything was alright. No hiring companies would do that. The van was really nice to drive, had everything you need to sleep/cook and enjoy. Very comfy mattress too. Totally recommend!

  Great van, loved our time. Really easy to drive, simple instructions and has everything you could possible want for a trip away - wish we could have had longer in the van!
