Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

From suncream to bug spray, Alice had truly thought of everything (and was so brilliant and communicative in the run-up to our booking). The extendable bed is very comfortable and easy to pull out. Overall great wee van that had everything you could want!
