  • • Maximum 2 sleepers only, no additional overnight guests
  • • Flexible pickup, usually around 10:00 AM, with dropoff by 2:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed
  • • Late return fee A$50.00 per hour, or part thereof
  • • No pets, cleaning fee A$150.00, or actual cost if higher
  • • No smoking, fee A$300.00, or actual cost if higher
  • • If the toilet cassette or cassette compartment is returned soiled, including any faecal matter, leakage, or spillage outside the cassette, an additional cleaning fee of A$150.00 applies, or actual cost if higher
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
