• HIRING RULES – Please Read Carefully
• 🚭 No Smoking: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside
• 🧼 Clean Return Policy: Van must be returned clean cleaning items are provided.
• 🚽 Toilet Cassette: Must be emptied and cleaned prior to return.
• 🌬️ Awning Use: Retract awning if unattended or during windy/wet weather.
• 🔐 Security: Lock the van whenever unattended.
• 📸 Damage or Accidents: Any damage, breakages or accidents must be reported immediately send message via Camplify.
• 🏕️ OffGrid Use: Must be disclosed prior. Any damage caused to batteries will be treated as damage and charged accordingly.
• ℹ️ GENERAL RULES ℹ️
• 🔹 Towing Responsibility – Ensure your vehicle meets the required towing capacity
• 🔹 Pets Allowed (Conditions Apply) – All pet hair & mess must be cleaned.
• 🔹 No Loose Items on the Floor INCLUDING BIKES/ SCOOTERS – Store everything in cupboards or appropriate places to prevent damage while driving
• 🔹 Weight Distribution – Extra items must be packed evenly; ask if unsure
• 🔹 No OffRoad or Beach Driving – Up to 10km of dirt road to campsites is allowed, drive to road conditions
• 🔹 Abandoning the Caravan – Any retrieval, cleaning or associated costs will be charged to you
• 🔹 Use Sheets on Beds – Even when using a sleeping bag.
• 🔹 Report Any Damage – Even minor issues should be reported so we can fix them for the next hire
• 🔹 Cleaning Responsibility – Caravan must be returned free of mud, sand, pet hair & red dust unless the extra cleaning fee is paid. Please return the van in similar condition as handover.

• 🧹 CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES
• 🔹 Wash dishes & pack away; wipe benches, stove, bathroom, shower & toilet; empty & wipe fridge; dispose of rubbish; sweep floors.
• 🔹 Cleaning supplies included: Dishwashing liquid & cloth, surface wipes, mop& bucket & broom.

• 🆘 EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS 🆘
• ⚠️ STOP! Assess the situation & call us when it’s safe to do so. If unavailable, contact Camplify on (02) 4075 2000. Take as many photos as possible.

• If this happens, please be patient while we troubleshoot or arrange a temporary solution.

• 🏕 AWNING RESPONSIBILITY
• 🌬 Take awnings down when unattended & during bad weather.
• 🔹 Never detach awning legs from the caravan – keep them in Aframe position.
• 🔹 Always have one side slightly lower to allow for rain to run off and not pool.
