This family van offers queen bed, 3 full length bunks, convertible table and dining into an additional bed, 3 reverse cycle air con, fridge and freezer, ensuite, dining, gas electric hot water system, gas electric cooktop, outdoor BBQ, water tank, grey water tank, camping chairs, table, outdoor mat, 2x 9kg gas bottles, microwave, stereo, TV, solar panels and battery for free camping. Blue tooth electric brake system with controller available for hire. Dometic CFX3 45L fridge/freezer is also available for an additional cost. Hiring rules

• *Towing mirrors are available if required as they must be used.
• *The van does not come with bed linen and pillows but mattress protectors are provided on each bed.
• *We ask that you report ALL damages no matter how small.
• *NO smoking in the van. If evidence customer will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee.
• *You can have the option of selfcleaning the van. If you choose to selfclean we provide all the cleaning materials and products. However, if you prefer not to selfclean then select the cleaning option upon booking. If the van is not returned clean then a fee will be applied. The toilet must be emptied in waste dump points and cleaned otherwise a $100.00 charge will apply.
• *We will deliver the van up to 150km from Quorrobolong. The charge is $150.00 for under 50kms or $2.00 per km for this service.
• *NO offroad / NO beach driving / NO extended gravel roads. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing before the trip begins.
• *Please note a small service fee will be charged at the time of booking which covers gas bottles, cleaning products, basic condiments and general wear and tear.
• *No large hard objects like eskys or bikes to be transported inside the caravan.
• *The van is $120.00 per day outside of peak times at a minimum 2 day hire. OnPeak periods is a minimum of 5 days hire at $135.00. The Christmas period is $150.00 per night.
• *Minimum hirer age restriction in 25 years old.

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
