Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The Van was very easy to set up. There is some maintenance issues required that seemed to be looked over. R/h side tyre was badly perished on side wall and dangerous. It was disappointing to have to change a tyre before I hit the road. There was no jack or tyre iron , Luckily I was still home and had to use my own tools to fix. When requesting to have tyre store fix I was told to use my own money and it would be refunded. Rear roof hatch was damaged and required replacing. Its four screws not that hard. Pull down curtains were difficult and would not stay down. Table was not fixed correctly and keep flipping up. Cover to annex was ripped. Sliding curtain to main double bed kept falling down . Tv/dvd player needs replacing as dvds require to be removed with a knife. * Positives for the caravan Adam was very nice man and explained things well. We were able to pick the van up the night before our trip which helped with packing. The van is well packed with ammenities like chairs , Tables , webber bbq , all cooking utensils including plates knifes forks etc. This made it so much easier. The stove was awesome inside the van. The mattress was uncomfortable maybe something more solid. Overall the caravan was warm at night and was enjoyable with some small maintenance this van would be awesome. Would I hire again yes most certainly as long as the maintenance issues were dealt with. Thankyou Adam for hiring our small family your van. THE EMERSONS

We had a great few days in this Caravan, it had everything we needed, it was easy to tow and very comfortable to stay in. The children loved it.
