Hiring rules

  • To keep you safe & Birdie the van happy & healthy:
  • ⭐️ Pull in the driver's side mirror every time you exit / park the vehicle
  • ⭐️ No Smoking or Vaping
  • ⭐️ To avoid damage to the timber floors, keep the floor swept, shoes off and use the mats provided.
  • ⭐️ Be mindful of over handing branches or bushes to avoid scratching her paint work
  • For your safety:
  • ⭐️ Avoid parking/sleeping under trees branches fall even in sunny conditions
  • ⭐️ Leave the dash cam plugged in as it will run 24hours. This is plugged into the USB near the bench seat.
  • ⭐️ Always park on flat ground when camping. Check the van is fundamentally stable by releasing all breaks and ensuring she doesn't roll. Then put her into gear and handbrake on. Google fundamentally stable vehicle if you are unsure.
  • What to do if something happens:
  • ⭐️ Notify me straight away. I understand things happen, that's life. The sooner I know, the sooner I can assist you and ensure a plan is put into place for the safety of you and the vehicle.
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
