Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a fantastic time in this van, it is very well equipped, very roomy! . We was off grid for 6 days with no issues at all, never run out of battery power, plenty of water storage also Towed like a dream Matthew was fantastic to deal with

    The caravan is huge and very well kept. Matthew and Alison were a delight to deal with, very helpful and always very responsive. We would highly recommend.

    Matthew was amazing to deal with, super helpful and clearly belong to the Top bloke category. The van is modern, spacious and perfect for a family getaway, I would book it again anytime.
