Very new (2023) family van with triple bunks. Very bright and roomy. The main bed is a Queen size island bed with bedside tables and additional cupboard space. The 3 bunks are roomy each having their own lights and USB points. The QB has wireless charges on each side. The kitchen is well appointed with a gas cooktop, sink, rangehood, microwave, and 190l fridge and freezer. The kitchen also has plenty of storage and cupboard space. There is also a large L shaped seating space within - this can be converted to an additional bed but it would only suit a smaller person/child. Also included is a toaster, kettle, dinnerware (Knives, forks, plates, glasses etc), and some cookware. The bathroom has a shower with separate toilet and vanity. Hot water is supplied via a instant gas system. The van also has a reverse cycle air conditioner for all year round comfort. Off Grid capability - The features of this van also allow it to operate whilst off grid. With twin batteries, double 170w solar panels, 2 x 95l fresh water tanks and 1 x 90l grey water tank, plus gas provisions...the options are endless. There is even mood lighting...this van has it all. We offer a delivery and set up service which allows a walk in/walk out experience. Weber BBQ, camping chairs/table, and linen can be added to your hire at an additional cost. Hiring rules

  • Delivery and collection is charged at $2.50 per km. This is for every KM whilst the van is being towed by us. This cost will be calculated at the time of the booking and discussed with you prior to accepting the booking. If you choose to tow the van yourself, this rate does not apply but we will need to qualify you and your vehicle before accepting the booking.
  • No smoking of any type inside the van.
  • No pets inside the van.
  • The van must be maintained to a high standard during the course of the hire.
  • The inventory (Plates, cups, knives and forks, remotes etc) must not be removed from the van.
  • The inside of the van must be cleaned, rubbish removed, plates and cups etc cleaned and put away, and used linen left in one place at the conclusion of the hire. Unless you select the 'Clean the van for me' option we may seek a $200.00 cleaning fee if this is not completed.
  • You MUST empty and wash out the toilet cassette at the conclusion of the hire failure to do so will incur a $250.00 fee.
  • If anything breaks or is damaged, please notify us. We inspect the vans thoroughly at the conclusion of the hire so if something is found broken or damaged and were not notified, we will seek the full repair costs from you. If we are notified, we can most likely rectify at a lesser cost or at no cost. Honesty is the best policy here.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
