Hiring rules

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING **
No smoking allowed inside van or otherwise if evidence is seen a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged
Off road towing to be notified prior to hire and agreed upon by the owners of the van
Van must be returned clean and how the van was hired or otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged
No large hard objects like eskys or bikes to be transported inside the caravan
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
We ask that you report ALL damages no matter how small
Pets upon negotiation with owner
You must allocate time prior to hire for a full run down of setting up the van, if time allows this can be done prior to leaving or in the event time doesn’t permit we can organise this up to a week prior.

Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00
Delivery fee: $2.50 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

I cannot recommend CQ Caravans enough, the best experience. The Van was so clean and beautifully presented, it felt so homely. Way better than any hotel, the van is loaded with absolutely everything you need, putting them in a league of their own. The owners are amazing and nothing is a drama. We will definitely hire again.

This van is amazing for a large family. Comes with all the extra you can think of. We opted for the linen to be provided. The quality was amazing. The van was so clean with no damage. All the little extras made it feel like it was our own van. DVDs for the kids, pegs, fully stocked kitchen. All we needed was our food and clothes. Kiya and her team went over and beyond to get us hooked up. We had a slight mishap with our towbar which they were happy to help with. Kiya explained how everything worked which left our minds at ease. Great communication throughout the whole process. We are very happy customers and will certainly return and recommend to others.

Our Holiday at Cania Gorge in this van exceeded all of our expectations As it was our first time towing a caravan I was a little nervous to begin with but the team at CQ Caravans made the whole process easy & enjoyable. This van tows like a dream (even on the less than favourable country roads between Rockhampton & Cania Gorge) behind our Stock as a rock 2024 Toyota Prado 250 Series. Even the experienced caravaners in our group were impressed with the setup. Holidaying with a wife & 3x small kids has never been such fun We will be back to hire again. Thanks team
