• Please ensure that you pay your deposit within 48 hours of the booking being approved, if not Camplify automatically cancel your Booking and to reopen the dates for other hirers.
• We will explain how to operate this Luxury Motorhome during Handover and if you have any issues we will assist you thorough out your trip as well.
• This RV can sleep 8 people Inside (Please note there are only 6 seat belts available while driving).
• Hire Duration:
• A minimum of 2 days is required to hire this RV.
• 300km/day limit, averaged over the course of your booking. Excess kilometers will be charged at $1.00/km at the end of your booking.
• Earliest pickup: From 8 AM.
• Dropoff: Before 5 PM
• Later than 5 PM Drop Off will incur a late Fee.
• PickUp and DropOff Only During the Hiring Period.
• Restrictions:
• Strictly no smoking, incense, candles, or sparklers inside or under the awning.
• Drivers must be 21 years of age or older with a full, valid driver’s license.
• Fuel and Maintenance:
• This RV runs on diesel (Premium Diesel Please) and AdBlue Too. The fuel n AdBlue Tank must be full on return or cost you $3.00.5/Ltr.
• Please note this is a European built engine, cheap fuel cost lots of damage.
• If incorrect fuel is used, the hirer is responsible for all damages, including engine failure, fuel tank or line repairs, which are not covered by insurance. Do not start the engine if incorrect fuel is added, repot to servo desk and they tell you what to do.
• Cleaning:
• Waste and toilet tanks must be emptied and cleaned before return. A $180.00 fee will apply for uncleaned tanks or overflows.
• No fishing bait in the fridge/freezer. A $120.00 cleaning fee applies if this condition is breached.
• Return the RV in a tidy condition, including:
• Sweeping floors, removing rubbish, cleaning and putting away dishes, wiping benches, and cleaning cupboards as needed.
• Cleaning oven, stove, and microwave if used.
• A cleaning fee of $180.00 will apply if these conditions are not met (especially for longer trips). Cleaning products are provided
• Usage Rules:
• Driving or parking fines and tolls must be paid by the hirer.
• The motorhome may only be driven on sealed roads, except for maintained access roads (less than 10 km) leading to campgrounds.
• Do not drive through floodwaters or on roads closed or flagged as at risk of flooding by public authorities.
• Please do not go above 100km/Hr for your safety.
• Pack away the awning during bad weather.
• Storage:
• Only soft luggage is permitted inside the RV. No bikes, uncovered surfboards, fridges, skies, or heavy/large items are not allowed. Contact the owner if unsure.
• Vehicle fitted with Towbar And Heavy Items can Take with Trailer
• Damage Policy:
• Tyre and window/windscreen damage are the hirer's responsibility.
• Report any damage or breakages immediately and honestly.
