The "Van Go" is the ideal off-grid lightweight van for couples, with a 2500kg ATM, making it easy to tow with most larger vehicles. - PICKUP AND DROPOFF TIMES:
- We appreciate your punctuality.
- PICKUP:
- *Please allow an hour for the initial handover.
- Pick up is by appointment.
- DROPOFF:
- Drop off times is by appointment.
- **We do recommend you arrive at your destination BEFORE it gets dark to setup your campsite.
- PRICING:
- OFF PEAK RATE: $89.00p/day (all other dates)
- PEAK RATE: $130.00 $170.00p/day (school holidays, long weekends and events)
- DELIVERY / SETUP OPTION:
- We offer relocations of our vans up to 100kms from our Brisbane. Each delivery will be quoted based on dates and distance from site. Please note that the transporter travels the full distance 4 times to drop off and collect. The fee also includes set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers and there is a minimum charge.
- WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
- The service fee includes use of towing mirrors, gas for the van, full water tanks, maintenance and a thorough handover brief. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans, nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied.
- If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $150.00 'clean the van for me' option.
- If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $300.00 'clean the van for me including toilet' option.
- If traveling outback (with approval) all red dirt must be cleaned from the RV or an 'outback clean' option must be selected. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable.
- WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER?
- The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $300.000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Family of six living in Brisbane. Simon is a plumber and Amy is in the digital product space. We've travelled and camped extensively around Australia in both an off-road camper trailer (we owned), and also in swags and tents. Our kids are getting older now so we often only need room for 2 or 3 and the rest bring their swags. We love hiring vans (instead of owning our own) as it gives us the flexibility to get the right set-up for the right trip!
