Hiring rules

  • Hire Rules for Ezy Trail Ceduna MK3
  • General Rules:
  • No Smoking – Strictly no smoking inside or near the caravan.
  • No Pets.
  • No OffRoad Use – Caravan is suitable for onroad and graded dirt roads only. No extreme offroad or 4WD tracks.
  • No Festivals or Party Use – The van is for familyfriendly adventures, not large events or festivals.
  • Respect the Caravan – Treat the van as if it were your own. Report any damage immediately.
  • Cleaning & Return:
  • Clean Upon Return – Caravan must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, please use check list provided. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
  • Toilet Must Be Emptied – If the toilet is used, it must be emptied before returning the caravan. A fee will be charged if this is not done.
  • No Cooking Inside – Please use the outdoor kitchen for cooking foods that may cause lingering odors (e.g., seafood, curries).
  • Minimum Booking Period – A minimum 2night hire applies.
  • Power & Water Use:
  • OffGrid Power Management – When camping offgrid, renters are responsible for managing battery usage and solar charging.
  • Water Tank Responsibility – The van comes with a full water tank. Renters are responsible for refilling if needed during the trip. We will refill tank at the end of your stay.
  • Damage & Bond Conditions:
  • Security Bond Required – We hold credit card details through Camplify. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from your credit card through Camplify.
  • Report Any Issues Immediately – If anything breaks or malfunctions, notify us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
