The van is perfect for families that love glamping. The van comes with everything to cook and clean with. It also comes with 2x camp chairs, a camping table, outdoor mat and a portable clothes line. 2x toilet rolls will be supplied. Linen hire available- High quality white sheets, pillows and dooners supplied, fitted and washed at the end of hire at an extra $100 PLEASE NOTE: the service fee does not include cleaning of the van post hire. Van must be returned in pre hire condition. NOTE: deliveries and pick up of the van over 30km from Toowoomba can only be arranged on a weekend or public holiday.

PLEASE NOTE: the service fee does not cover cleaning costs. The service fee covers the handover, filling of water and gas tanks, restocking of consumables and caravan set up if being delivered. The van must be returned in a clean condition and the toilet must be emptied and cleaned. The van has cleaning equipment for you to be able to clean after your use. *The caravan is not to be used off road.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in caravan or under awning.
  • Caravan cassette must be returned empty and cleaned out or extra cleaning charges of $300.00 will apply.
  • Caravan must be cleaned and returned in pre hire condition or an extra cleaning charge of $150.00 will apply.
  • No red dirt road driving allowed if evidence of red dirt is found a professional cleaning fee will be charged to return van to pre hire clean standards.
  • No storing items loose in the van for transport. All items must be stored in cupboards or in under bed storage compartments. Bikes and scooters are not to be transported in the van, you must transport these in your tow vehicle. Damage that occurs will incur the cost to repair.
  • WARNING : please do not hook up a generator to the van.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
