Very good and comfortable van

Van was ok for our purpose however we felt the bed was uncomfortable and too high to getup in particularly as we are elderly. Tv did not work as we had to use an app through the phone which we could not work at our age. The man very nicely came over to show us but we still could not use it. Communication on cleaning the van was not clear and we were quite upset at the way we were spoken to when the van was collected. I believe that in the future for a better experience make sure you pay the upfront cleaning cost to avoid any conflict at the end of your trip.
