Please be advised that Henry is not available for the hirer to tow and must be dropped off, setup, picked up and packed up by the owner. A fee can be negotiated for drop off and pickup.
Hiring rules
- No smoking in van, annex or perimiter of van
- Off road not allowed
- Notify if any part of the van is wet on return
- All damage and breakage must be reported and paid for by the hirer
- Internal of van is to be returned clean; food and rubbish removed.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
