Once you have entered all the numbers it will tell you in the bottom section if you are over or not and in what area. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 02 4075 2000 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Additional information
Van is fitted with 12 pin flat wiring plug, your vehicle will need this and a grey Anderson plug to run the fridge while under tow, if you don't have the anderson plug its not a problem as the fridge will be cold as you set off and should still be cold when you arrive at your destination. Gas usage is covered by the service fee, unless planning on being off grid for extended period then may ask to please swap gas bottle
Hiring rules
- Minimum hire is 2 days except during school holidays when its 4 days minimum
- No smoking in van
- If you are towing the caravan, we will give you the option of selfcleaning the van and the chemical toilet. Most of our hirers tend to selfclean. However, if you prefer not to selfclean then select the cleaning option upon booking. It’s under extra product options. If the van is not returned clean, then a fee will be applied
- Van is not to be taken off road, registered gravel roads is ok with prior written permission through Camplify message
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
