‘Stevie’ is a well laid out 22 foot van for all kinds of family adventures, both summer & winter, beach or the snowfields. Master Bedroom includes: Beautiful comfy queen size north /south walk around bed. Bedside tables with drawers & shoe lockers. 24v power points, 12v power sockets, USB charging ports, Reading lamps on both sides, Mirrors on both sides, Huge under bed storage, lots of overhead storage cupboards, and hanging space. Digital TV with built in DVD player, and a wind up antenna (*some camping places are difficult to tune in to free to air TV channels.) Large Windows that open for a cool cross breeze on both sides of the room, with almost 100% blackout heat reflective slide up and down shades, and flyscreens. This room can be so dark in the middle of the day for that perfect holiday 3pm 'nanna nap' . Ceiling 3way hatch, 100% blockout, flyscreen or pop it open to catch the breeze. Privacy curtain to main area, still allowing enough space to get changed in private. The twin bunks are lengthy, they both have power points, USB points, 12v power sockets, reading lamps, TV's in both bunks, (DVD player only working in oner of the bunks & kids TV’s can be removed on request prior if preferred.) the curtain can be closed to provide privacy from the main area, and there is another curtain for each bunk privacy also. lots of storage in the bunk room, and a large mirror. & The lounge can be used for a junior sized 5th bed if required. Spacious Full size bathroom with separate shower (hand held shower head for hosing down the little ones) with Lots of storage, a large sink, towel rails and heated towel rail (for powered sites only) A flushing cassette toilet, additional daily fees apply for toilet use AND cleaning fees apply to adding the Toilet option onto your order. Cleaning, sanitizing = Drying out the toilet after hire must be done by the owner, not an option for the hirer to do themselves. Cassette type flushing toilet - must be emptied + rinsed by the hirer prior to departure if used. I recommend using it for #1's only, and bin your paper for your best emptying experience. Washing machine (small 2lt) can only use on a powered site, not off grid. Large L shaped lounge and dining Table - lounge can be used as small narrow junior sized bed - *please note the dining table does not collapse. Radio, CD player. Microwave - can only be used on powered sites, not off grid. Small air fryer - can only be used on powered sites, not off grid. Electric Toaster - can only be used on powered sites, not off grid. Gas Griller in kitchen can be used for toast when off grid. Electric kettle - can only be used on powered sites, not off grid. Gas burner Kettle for off grid camping. Large fridge and freezer - Runs on power at powered sites, runs on Gas when off grid. (not on battery/solar) Van comes with two 9kg gas bottles, one of which will be full. the other will be anywhere between 1/4 + full, more gas will be at hirers expense during hire. Roll out Awning. Awning must be retracted if strong wind is forecast. The Hirer is responsible for doing this, and will be shown how to do this during the handover session. Large high quality fully enclosed Annex, (additional fee) also has an extra extended porch available for longer stays on request. Two outside fold down picnic tables attached to the van. Power Point and 12V socket outside, TV can also be mounted outside Portable fold up camping clothesline included and clothes pegs Camping chairs and 2 x outside tables provided. We have a Tow Hitch with stabilizers included for hire $25 per booking. Towing Mirrors are compulsory, a basic pair of towing mirrors is included at no additional charge. we also have quality Milenco clip on mirrors available $25 per booking.
