Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Iain 5.0We booked the caravan to be delivered to our caravan site in Jimmys Beach (Hawks Nest). Pre delivery communication was fantastic, and we arrived just as set up of the caravan was being completed by Louise and her husband. The caravan itself is exceptional and had everything we needed plus more. As first time caravaners everything was well explained. Louise was very thoughtful, even to providing little extras such cooking essentials. Louise and her husband are exceptionally nice people and we would rent from them again without a second thought.
