Special towing information
Towing mirrors must be used for towing. Hirer must bring their own, or a set can be provided for a $25 one of fee per hire. 'Delivery' option is to drop off and set up the caravan at an agreed caravan park, campsite. If you plan to tow the vehicle at any point you must select the Tow hire option or you will not be insured to tow. We can still deliver the van to you prior to you towing the vehicle. Deliver costs still apply in this case.

Additional information
No need for electric brakes in the tow vehicle. We have you fully covered with trailer mounted electric brakes and a Bluetooth controller. You only need a trailer plug on your car. Tow Mirrors are mandatory for each tow booking - we will supply ($25.00) if you do not have your own.
Hiring rules

- 7 Day Minimum hire over Christmas and New Year Holidays.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
