AVAILABLE MID JANUARY 2026 onwardsStored on road in Speers Point NSW Perfect for a getaway with two adults and two small children, this well-appointed van offers comfort and convenience: Sleeping Arrangements: A comfortable queen bed with a mattress topper ensures a restful night for adults, while the L-shaped lounge easily converts into two single beds suitable for children. Kitchen Facilities: Equipped with most kitchen furnishings, including a full sink with boiling hot water, and a large fridge to store all your essentials. Please note, linen is not provided. Climate Control: Stay comfortable in any weather with the built-in air conditioner providing both heating and cooling options. Additional Features: A spacious new annex offers extra room for relaxation or storage, and ample storage and hanging space throughout the van keeps your belongings organized.

  • Experience: Hirers must have prior experience towing caravans.
  • Vehicle Specifications: Tow vehicles must be equipped with an electric brake controller and have the appropriate towing capacity for the van.
  • Towing Mirrors: Hirers are required to use towing mirrors for safety.
  • Sleeping Arrangements
  • Bed Configuration: The Lshaped lounge converts into two single beds suitable for children.
  • Linen: Please note that linen and towels are not provided; hirers must bring their own.
  • Usage Guidelines
  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
  • Travel Restrictions: The van is not permitted on unsealed roads or offroad conditions.
  • Handover Process
  • PreHire Checklist: Hirers must complete the PreHire Checklist at the time of pickup, including a condition report and a handover to ensure familiarity with the van's features.
  • Driver's Licence: A valid, unrestricted driver's licence must be presented at the time of pickup.
  • Return Conditions
  • Cleanliness: The van must be returned in a clean condition, with all rubbish removed.
  • Gas: Gas bottle levels should be returned to the levels at the time of pickup.
  • Damage: Any damage or issues must be reported upon return
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We recently hired Mikhaila and Gavins 2011 caravan for a trip to Scotts Head, NSW. It had all the essentials, was clean, easy to use, and perfect for our getaway. Communication was great and the whole experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend renting from them!
