Climate Control: Stay comfortable in any weather with the built-in air conditioner providing both heating and cooling options.
Additional Features: A spacious new annex offers extra room for relaxation or storage, and ample storage and hanging space throughout the van keeps your belongings organized.

- Towing Requirements
- Experience: Hirers must have prior experience towing caravans.
- Vehicle Specifications: Tow vehicles must be equipped with an electric brake controller and have the appropriate towing capacity for the van.
- Towing Mirrors: Hirers are required to use towing mirrors for safety.
- Sleeping Arrangements
- Bed Configuration: The Lshaped lounge converts into two single beds suitable for children.
- Linen: Please note that linen and towels are not provided; hirers must bring their own.
- Usage Guidelines
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
- Travel Restrictions: The van is not permitted on unsealed roads or offroad conditions.
- Handover Process
- PreHire Checklist: Hirers must complete the PreHire Checklist at the time of pickup, including a condition report and a handover to ensure familiarity with the van's features.
- Driver's Licence: A valid, unrestricted driver's licence must be presented at the time of pickup.
- Return Conditions
- Cleanliness: The van must be returned in a clean condition, with all rubbish removed.
- Gas: Gas bottle levels should be returned to the levels at the time of pickup.
- Damage: Any damage or issues must be reported upon return
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
