Hiring rules

  • Pets can be considered on casetocase bases.
  • Van is on road, parks or 2wd access campgrounds.
  • Service fees are $180.00 this includes basic cleaning floors, Shower etc gas bottles and Deisel for heater.
  • If hiring For Bathurst 1000 and is not in designated campground behind the pits (in other words at the top of the mountain) There will be a requirement to take out happy camper insurance as a hirer to be sure there is no damage to van.
  • Toilet is to be emptied before returning after use Unless the cleaning fee including emptying toilet.
  • Solar panels available at extra cost.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Older van that was a perfect roof over my head whilst camping. Alison was very accommodating.

    Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish. Alison was really helpful in setting up the van on arrival and also when picking it up. Bed was really comfortable and everything suited our needs. Would hire again for sure!
