Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brendon 4.5The van tows very well. Kerryn & family accommodated us at last minute after another van cancelled on us the night before pick up. After spending 6 hours on the phone to camplify figuring out booking platform issues ,kerryn was a pleasure to deal with.He even hired out his own personal hitch to us. Ive restocked van with the consumables we used plus a few extra touches for the next person (coffee,tea,cleaning products etc) I.d also like to recommend Albert for his exceptional customer service after the other female staff members couldnt help. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to take my son away for his first caravanning experience
