Hiring rules

  • 🆘 EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133. Then call me!
  • 🚫 NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads / UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage. If there is any evidence of the van going on unsealed roads without approval then a off road cleaning fee of $300.00 will apply as a minimum to get the undercarriage cleaned and inspected for damage.
  • 🚬 No smoking inside the van
  • No candles inside the van.
  • 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside and outside as it was on pickup, with all equipment used cleaned and stored away properly, fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will be charged if the van is not brought back clean.
  • 🦍 DAMAGE Please be gentle with the fitout and any delicates such as curtains and awning. Please report any and all damage and we can work together to get to a fair outcome. I take pride in my van and expect them to be treated well on hire :)
  • 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to kilometer allowance 200k per day averaged over the trip. $1.00 per K will be charged for excess K's.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van is amazing! We absolutely loved the experience! The van didnt give us any problems at all! It has everything you need, and we really enjoyed our trip. I had read in another review that they didnt want to return it, and honestly, we felt exactly the same way!

    Honestly, it was amazing! The van made the Great Ocean Road trip so much more fun and flexible, we could stop wherever we wanted, wake up to incredible views, and just go with the flow. Definitely a holiday to remember!

    I loved my 5 week getaway in the van - driving up the East Coast through the mountains and back down along the shoreline - Art truly takes you everywhere. The van is super cozy, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a trip away. Ryan was also great to communicate with throughout the entire hire.
