Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Hayley 2.8Mould spots throughout fridge and freezer which we needed to clean before we could use. Has to remove all shelve parts and wash. Handover was t really adequate and werent explained everything we needed to know. Inside van was dusty and a bit dirty. Tv / satellite didnt work. Werent allowed to use appliances. Dirty stained old chair cushions. Chix under sink was used and not new. Quite a few cobwebs inside and out. Werent shown how to empty toilet canister, how to set up tv properly or use dryer . Couldnt get any gpos to work.
Katrina 3.3Great van with ample room. Was unhappy to pay a service charge of $75 which covers cleaning and wear/tear maintenance when the van required internal cleaning before we could use. Due to a change in the handover date, there was limited knowledge available for beginner van users making some things a challenge. Suggested some cheat sheets to the owner on how to use the TV, fill water tanks etc would be a good inclusion for future hirers.
